Doxazosin: metabolized by 7-O-demethylation, aromatic hydroxylation (other aromatic ring) and piperazine ring oxidation to inactive metabolites

Terazosin: 6-, and 7-O-demethylation and N-dealkylation yields 4 inactive metabolites

Tamsulosin: also 1st-line for BPH because of uroselectivity. O-demethylated and oxidized at position 3 to metabolites that are glucuronidated or sulphated prior to renal clearance
