Probably not.

Prime Hatton could do it. He'd get inside and Hatton's style means that you basically have to knock him out to stop him making it his kind of fight. Even Floyd ended up fighting Hatton's kind of fight (obviously Floyd was still winning fighting that way, but Khan hasn't shown anywhere near as much skill when fighting on the inside).

Pac would've had to fight Ricky's fight as well, but the coward ducked that kind of fight by knocking Hatton out

Hatton will walk into flush power punches and still carry on fighting the same way, so based on that I think Khan would be unable to keep him on the outside and would get mauled and bullied and TKO'd.

Khan is still improving though. Maybe in a few years it'll be clear that he beats any version of Hatton.
