I'm I the only Hispanic who doesn't watch baseball anymore?

I was minding my own business yesterday then all the sudden I got 2 mexican friends and 5 Cubans on fb messenger and on txt talking about if Im watching the game(had no idea wtf they where talking about). I pretended I did anyways cause it's gotta be a a big deal to start randomly messaging people about any sporting event (didn't wna loose my macho card). Some of these are people I don't even talk to that much some not for months.

Turns out it was the Caribbean baseball world series, and Cuba had not been invited to it since 1902 or some crap,and apparently they where about to win it, just having gotten invited back. I used to be into baseball when I was younger, but not anymore, other than checking how badly the Yankees are doing now and again.

Is the Caribbean world series a thing now, or was it just cuz it was this odd **** with Cuba? I did't even know there was a Caribbean series .

I used to back in the days. I still watch it once in a while when the Dodgers are on but not really as much as before. Boxing, real football (no roidball), and basketball is all I watch.

I heard Mexico almost won that three-peat though.

I watch....I like going to the games more than watching doe....I do keep up with my team (LA Dodgers) but it is def on the bottom of the sports hierarchy

As a kid I was obsessed with baseball but now it has become boring and hard to watch. Baseball is fun to play but it sucks to watch, unless its the playoffs or world series, then ill watch but only if the Dodgers make it..

Boxing and Real Football, not kickball, is all I watch... Ill watch a basketball game with my friends at a bar... but I can't get into it to follow it...

I'll watch the Rangers game if it's on while i'm flipping through the channels but i don't go out of my way to DVR it like I do for Boxing and Basketball.
