El actor y comediante Roberto Gómez Bolaños Chespirito, conocido a nivel internacional por sus películas y sus programas de televisión, murió este viernes en su casa en Cancún, a los 85 años.





To the world, he was known as "Chespirito." Roberto Gomez Bolanos gained fame as a comedian, but he was also a writer, actor, screenwriter, songwriter, film director and TV producer.

Sad to say the least... my brother in Law was born and raised in PR and he told me the same thing you just said. "El Chapulin Colordado" influenced us all.

I used to love the episodes of El Chavo del Ocho where he would sell aguas frescas and mix up their flavors sigh... R.I.P.

that reminds me of the episode he was selling them outside "la vecindad" and he gave 'kiko' a small glass when 'kiko' paid for a large one...so 'el Chavo' poured whatever was in the small cup into a large cup and 'kiko' looked at it and said 'asi pues si'
