What do you guys think was it a robbery or not
IMO this was a robbery and to be honest i never had high hopes for Chavez Jr his name was the only thing getting him by scratch that his name is the only thing getting him by i had Zbik winning he out landed Chavez in every round and he was throwing a lot of low blows but thats my opinion on this fight i want to hear/see yours

Not sure it was a robbery it was a close fight that should've been a draw or Zbik edging him.

At least now we get to see JR. KO'd by Martinez (if Arum doesn't duck him)

or outboxed by Cotto.

I doubt they'll put him in with Martinez at this point of time, and i think Cotto is his next opponent, and I wouldn't mind seeing that

Chavez won IMHO, I did not keep track round by round like I normally do, but it was very close. Chavez hit the much harder punches and his attack to the body was epic, I loved those rights to the bottom of the rib cage.

and I do think Martinez beats him, but Martinez would also kick Cotto's ass..

as for Cotto.. he is not as fast as Zbik or as a good boxer, I think Chavez beats Cotto.

And no, I do not think Chavez is that good, he is just not a bum like most haters make him out to be..

I think he can beat cotto if he fights the same way he fought. Cotto being a lot smaller than zbik I think he can wear him down faster.

Jaja honestly Sergio is a phenom. He came in the sport a bit late with no experience and look at him now. Sheesh thats talent... i love the way he fights especially with his hands down like Royce...that just makes for an epic brawl.

It wasn't a robbery, we use that too often and most of the time it doesn't fit.

I had the fight 115-113 for Chavez because he carried the fight late and landed the better shots.

Even though Zbik landed more shots, his punches just weren't effective at all. He was seriously hurt to the body late in that fight and was hurt early as well with a good right hook.

Close fight? Yes...robbery...No.

Chavez isn't impressive though, he can't beat the top MW in the world, not a chance.
