Highly anecdotal, but all the single middle-aged Japanese women I know (and I actually know a lot despite being neither single, middle-aged, nor Japanese) ****ing LOVE craft beer. Like, hanging out in craft-beer bars seems to be pretty much their number-one pastime according to social media. So that might be a place to start...
