I think people get on hot streaks. For example right now Scott Storch is money. Im never let down by Hi Tek or Jus Blaze. Kanye always comes with it although he samples too much. Collipark is sick too. Then of course there Dre and Timbaland. I think its too hard to choose just one and say hes the best. I might say Dre just because he consistantly puts hot **** out there.
