Which Nations Produce The Best Hip-Hop Artists?

Give me a list of Top 3 or 5 nations in terms of producing quality Hip-Hop.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think besides the US, the area with the second most amount of mainstream rappers is the uk. The UK has a great underground scene and it has nationally recognized artists like dizzy rascal.

The UK would have to be number 2. For number 3, It's hard to say. There's quality rap from South America, Africa and the Islands...jamaica.. but the problem is that I haven't heard enough from each region to make a decision and most of the time, you can't understand the language and so you can't really say how dope it sounds in hte language.

My number 3, from what I've heard, is the nordic region. The Warlocks and Tommy Tee and others have impressed me from there. I don't know what it is, maybe its a reflection of the cold, grimy lives they live, but a lot of the music that I hear from that region sounds really dark and cold.

Language really is the dividing point to this question. So for now, with me just being good in english, places that are dominated in english...us, canada, uk, west and south africa are all I can make a judgement on.

Does Canada even have a good hip hop scene?
