The last verse is. Luda went at TI. TI had a line that said "me gettin beat down that's Ludacris"

When Luda heard it he wanted to get on the track and he dissed T.I. Luda's verse was better, but only because T.I. didn't know Luda was going to be on the track so he really didn't go at him that hard. They just happened to be beefing at the time, so Luda had an unfair advantage, but it was still a pretty funny diss.
