If police are called to a murder, and the body is set up in a certain way they will close the case and tell the media they have no evidence and forget about it..

But im not sure exactly how this is done but if a body is laying a certain way than it is a sign that someone of high power put the body like that and all the detectives and police know not to bother with it. Just act lke they are trying to solve the murder but really dont do **** bout it.
