In my opinion Joe Budden has top 5 D.O.A. potential
hes that good. the guy is incredible. The only problem is, he hasn't been able to make much of an impact and I still don't know if hes ever made a true classic. although i think padded room is a classic myself.

He has a lot of talent. But you are right he hasn't made an impact. And he hasn't had any commercial success besides his first album. -
I think "top 5 doa" is a little generous. You're bumping a lot of people out of the way to fit Joe Budden in. I like him, and I thought Escape Route, Mood Musik 3 & Padded Room were all nice. But "top 5 doa" is too much. Maybe he could fit into "top 20" but there's a lot of nice people you're overlooking to shove him into "top 5".

Me & RL_GMA (another member on this forum) went to one of the listening sessions last year right before he was about to drop the album and it had about 6-7 songs that weren't on the official release that were ****in crazy!
