It's ****ed up what happens to these cats with real talent that have worked hard at improving their craft.
Royce only sold 5000 copies in the first week of his new cd. That's ****ed up.
Going to Slaughterhouse and selling 20000+ the first week turned out to be a good move.
I cant believe he only sold 5000!!! He's easily top 5 out right now yet nobody wants to buy his ****. I can't imgine how frustrating it must be for him
album is pretty good, but he can't write a hook to save his life. I don't even like hooks but you need them if you want radio play. Dinner Time is crazy.

He reminds me of Method Man in the sense that he's an amazing emcee but his solo albums never seem to be quite what they should be.
The hook in this is niceeee, infact the entire track is good!

If I was rapping it'd make me want to quit. Seeing how Royce treats his as an artform and puts in work while these other cats treat it as a hobby.
Sales are sales, you gotta focus on the lines, not the bottom line.
I do focus on the lines. My problem is that **** is so ****ed up right now, when you see great artists having to take the short end of the stick while the Lil Boosie's and Gucci Mane's of the world get shine.
