It doesn't matter about age. People will always make jokes about old people. It's just always been like that even outside of rap.

There are a ton of jokes about old people.

      I like old jokes.

I didn't know you listened to Rick Ross albums. What did you think of it? I personally liked it. It's not as good as Casino though.

I wish older rappers would mentour some of these young guys and try and bring up and coming artists that are in there inner circles... Its hard to say what my opinion would be on a jay z or a nas at 45 dropping an album... They cant rap forever i really dont see some of these guys having 20 year careers, but if they would be more willing to mentour young MC's theyre music would still live on through them...

Its like when an NFL star retires... he starts commentating... hahaha

what are signs of an artist who should retire in the booth?

Lets say Jay-Z at 45 dropped the freshest, dopest rap album in years.......

would u turn your back on it because of his age? even if it was ******* on wax?

            this is a hypothetical question

no ones answering the question..........the question is, if nas made the greatest album in the history of existance at 45, would you not like it, just because of his age?

that's just ******, who said they would'nt like a song because of the age of a person?

but it is less likely someone will make a classic at that age, and a music video would'nt look that great, not to mention how that person could have any dignity, i dont think i could really respect a 45 year old rapper
simply for the fact that the person would be too ****in old to be rappin about the ******, bitches and money and actin/dressin like a hoodlum at that age, just be ****** as ****

Goodfellas is based on a true story. So is Casino.. he was trying to depict real life mobsters.. Can't really compare a mobster to a 47 year old rapper who haven't been to his hood for decades because he now is rich and famous.. yet acts all 'gangster' which is what I think is weird.. And that's also why these old rappers will never drop a classic because their lifestyle now too different from their street days those decades ago.. they can't relate to it anymore.. It's all an act. and people know that.. you can hear when something is real and when something is a wannabe street thug.
