Heres what I think the Blueprint 3 will be...

I just heard Jay-Z flipped Bob Dylan's Forever Young for the BP3, and hes got this new british singer doing the singing. I could be wrong, but I think this tell mes alot about what the BP3 will be like.......

I think this going to be an innovative album that only certain types of rap fans will like. People who like only gutter raw gangsta **** will hate it. They will say Jay-Z should have stayed retired. Mark my words, that will happen.

But I think fans who realize that Jay's music changing is just by product of him being 40 years old, married and rich as ****......will enjoy the album.

The truth is, Jay-Z is not the same person he was from 1995-2003. At that point he was more connected to the urban style of rap. Not only that, but he was much younger. Now hes at a point where he isn't connected to the streets very much, so his music is going to reflect that. It will be interesting to see what kind of music he makes, but my prediciton is some deep mature ****, with some Jay-Z bragging as usual...lol

I doubt it will feature anything really street. I don't think Jay-Z feels connected to that life anymore, so he feels out of place rapping about it now.

But maybe I'll be wrong. In fact, to be honest, I hope I'm wrong. I think Jay-Z is better as hustler rapper...even tho hes done that for years.

I also think the production will piss off some fans.....I think the production will be different. And many won't like it.

I'd wait to judge it. It's not even ready to drop yet. I haven't heard a single. It probably won't be out for a few months anyway.

Style of rap is irrelevant to me. If you have good lyrics, flow, and beats it should be okay.
