I guess Officer Ricky was off just a bit when he said he would sell more than GRODT!! LMAO... While 150K is respectable its a brick compared to the numbers that 50 & Em will do. Officer Ricky put up a valiant effort, but still ended up taking an L. He needed at least 300 - 400K to really have a claim to winning this beef IMO.

Truthfully, I'm not sold on Eminem doing huge (Plat 1st day or 1st week) numbers. Im sure he'll sell more than Ross just off GP, but Em's already put out a dud with 50 and Dre (Crack a Bottle) and his new video got some attention for about a few days. In these days consistency is key. Em isn't going to do huge numbers just off his name now a days. If Ross moves 150 in his first week thats on pace to atleast have another Gold album. I didn't really expect him to move past 200.. the best thing this beef did was give Ross his best album to date.Comment

He didnt really get a bump in sales though. These figures are on par with his previous efforts. It seems like his fan base supported him as they did previously, but he didnt add any new fans. IMO he needed to at least get to 300 - 400K to really have a claim at winning this beef. That would show that he picked up a lot of new fans, and more interest in his new album. He probably would have done these very same numbers w/o the beef and could have saved himself the embarrassment of being clowned so hard by 50. He should kept quiet and let the CO stuff die down, and put out a quality album. He would have done a lot more for himself in the long run. In this beef he had to fess up about being a C.O, had 2 of his baby mamas out on camera clownin his ass, we found out one of them was/is a **********...the video of him talking **** in the mirror about Trick Daddy was ****ing priceless... i mean the list goes on and on... the dude took a ton of L's just to push the same amount of albums he normally does.
