I just don't think that anyone's can beat Jay's, just because of the originality of the concept when he first did it.

"We'll be reunited, and it's feels so hood
Got the whole world screamin, "How he still so good?!"
Well I do this in my slumber, Summer
I ain't none of these half-ass newcomers, you know how I do Summer
I drop heat, when you bring the sun up
The combo make *****s act up, I pick the gun up"

"But let's not stray from when I came to say
To my beloved, I think we need some time away
They say if you love it, you should let it out it's cage
And **** it, if it comes back, you know it's there to stay
It's tugging, at my heart but this time apart is needed
From the public, who should have gave me the Pulitz(er)"

"But on another note, bout to take another vaca
On another boat, goddamn a mutha****a wrote
His way out the hood, and I pray that I stay out for good
Btu at any time, you know a ***** could
Try and play like he's Suge
Then I gotta play like Dutch, when the pass the dutchie
I'll blast you, trust me, *****s can't **** with me!
    I'm in a good mood
You lucky, I got a good grove
And I ain't trying to **** my fame up
But I will lay down a couple green bucks to get you clinked up
    Non Pulp Fiction, Colt 45th'in
Young *****s that blast for me, no religion."

I got Jay-z second on my list, and even though I only heard Ras Kass's twice I put him 3rd. He was the most lyrical on it and his flow was good...Jay-z was real good, I would have thought it would be impossible to sound better then him on this until I heard Lil Wayne, and thats just my opinion. The way Wayne switched up his voice and his flow, his lyrics...everything was perfect.
