Assuming you plan on having children. Will yah? At what age? Will certain type of artists be off limits?

No artist would be off limit (IF) I had children at the age of 12, or 13. There becomes a time when shielding someone from the real world does more damage than good. I would hope that (IF) I had children they would have the common sense to realize that it is just entertainment.

I have heard that comment about Country Music before more than once. I do disagree, because I do believe that there is some Country Music that is outstanding. I just have one question for you; who in the hell is that chick in your signature? She has the best ass I have ever seen!

I'm not sure I'd want my children listen to rap at the middle school age. But once they got to high school, I'd have no problem. The thing is, once they get to high school, they are old enough to make that decision. And thats the point in their life where they are going to do what they want anyway........you can't hide the world from them.

As long as they are not loading gun and selling drugs, I'm cool......lol

As a parent of two kids, I'd rather have them listen to country music, which they do when they're with my in laws, than Hiphop, which I do let them listen to when they're with me, but only particular acts.

I'm not about to let them listen to dudes talk about ****ing and selling dope when they're less than 9 years old. Thats just terrible parenting, and anyone who says otherwise is a moron.

I remember putting the chronic 2001 in the cd player back in the day with my mom driving me somewhere and me singing the lyrics and her almost having a heart attack. LOL

i am going to encourage my children to listen to hip hop from the earliest age possible. i gave my sister my copy of Masta Ace - Take A Look Around when she was 10 and explained to her that any swearing or negative references shouldn't be taken literally. i told her that she knows right from wrong and that if she hears a rapper say something that she knows to be wrong, it is still wrong. i consider that album to be a positive one in general with very little swearing and drug references so i thought it was a good choice. plus i wanted her to be introduced to hip hop properly and with some REAL material as opposed to that commercial **** which is far more negative and convoluted with influence that i would not want my sister to be subjected to at the age of 10.
i think that the best approach is introducing the positive material as early as possible. that's what i tried to do with my sister and that's what i'm going to do with my kids.

Yes I will and I wont stop them from listening to certain types of Rap music either.

If ur a good parent you could let them listen to rap. **** I've been listening to rap since I was 7 or 8. And I'm not crazy...well not that much at least lol.
