triumph is great... no question.
And I'm sure that my entry could be topped by another song if we started getting down to it. But off the top of my head... "one love" is coming to mind. Just love every piece of it...

I typically go back and forth between Pete Rock and CL Smooth's "They Reminisce Over You (TROY)" and Dr. Dre & Snoop Doggy Dogg's "Nuthin But a G Thang"
Honorable mention to Sugarhill Gang's "Rapper's Delight", LL's "Mama Said Knock You Out", and EPMD's "Crossover"

Maybe it's my west coast biased. Maybe. But I have to go with Nuthin But a G Thang. The song is perfect. There are rarely songs that are perfect. Everything about the track. Plus it's on some real g ****. But at the same time it's crossover but not so much to say it's too comercial. **** is classic period. Thank god for Snoop and Dre for blessing us with that song. Snoop's opening verse was one of the first verses I ever memorized perfectly. I could go on all day about this song. I'll just leave it at that.
