Tha Carter II is Lil' Wayne's magnum opus and will remain his magnum opus forever. With that said, he's not as bad as some people say he is, but at the same token, he's not as good as other people say he is. He's a good, not great artist...just leave it at that.

Tie My Hands and Shoot Me Down are the best hip-hop songs to be released this year

nothing on The Game or Nas' albums top them (and i'm a huge Nas fan and former Weezy hater)

Those two are easily the best tracks on the album. There's only about 6 songs I still play from Tha Carter III. The rest I've forgot.
