This is how i got them rated
Classics
RD (top 10 all time, many say top 5)
Blueprint (helped change the game, top 5 of the 2k's)
In My lifetime vol 1 (How can it not be a classic?)
4.5/5
Black Album
American Gangster
4/5
Life and times Vol. 3
3.5/5
Hard knock life vol.2 (I dont count this against jay-z...only 3 songs didnt have guest appearances)
Dynasty (Has some great songs but its kind of like HKL with the guest app)
Blueprint 2 (I like this one better then i used to but i've never been a fan of double cd's)
3/5
Kingdom Come (Had about 6 or 7 songs i liked)

I'd say thats a very fair rating you gave. I actually agree with those ratings besides...you know how I feel about the black album. lolI'm a black album stan.
yeah dynasty wasn't really a solo album, more like a Rocafella album. Jay was on the cover to sell it, but it was a callab album. I also agree with you about BP2, it grew on me( I actually realized I slept on it for a while, until I listened to it through)...but I think one cd is enough.Last edited by Truth; 08-21-2008, 08:45 PM.

Its all good....I strongly believe jay-z has dropped 3 classics and hes never dropped a wack album. Im not hating on you considering the black album a classic...i have no problem with that opinion. Thats respectable. I said in another thread that i wouldnt be able to respect someone calling the Carter 3 a classic just because lil wayne is not good enough lyrically. The Carter 2 on the other hand fits right into this thread...a classic made in the 2000's.

Volume 1 isnt a classic IMO because it had "I Know What Girls Like", and "Sunshine"... I hated both of those songs. Other than those 2 , its a great great album.

I have no problem with you not thinking the black album is a classic, I notice alot of people don't rate it as one. And like I said other than that I agreed with your ratings...they seemed accurate to me.
