    ..The NEW Old School: Your Thoughts...

    What are your thoughts on groups like.. Kidz In The Hall, The Cool Kids, Pacific Division, even Gym Class Heroes in a certain sense? Modern groups that have that old school vibe.

    Personally, I'm all for it. I love hearing something so different from whatchs poppin' right now. Even if I've heard the style, so to speak, before. Tired of bull**** songs with dumb dances, horrible lyrics and corny ass beats.

    It's a gimmick now and it isn't genuine. I don't hate it, but don't mistake it for "old school"

    Especially the production gives it away

      agreed. "gold & a pager" by cool kids is pretty hot though.

        I really don't see it as a gimmick. It'd be a gimmick if the music was selling. It's not like this is what's poppin', sellin' millions of records. This is just the sound and swagger they like. I enjoy the ****. A lot.
