No its not, as i see it rap music is was orginally a response to the poor social and economic conditions of african americans immigrants. Reason why alot of the old stuff actually relates to Social conditions, NWA is an example.

But it aint even about money, its about lyrics, and being real

50 got shown up as fake, and at the end of the day real recognise real, shyne is loved, he never said a word or a name to lower his sentance, he just took 10 years like a man.
