    Nas Gets His Own Shoe

Nas has been signed to create a signature footwear line for 310 Global Brands, the marketing, merchandising and licensing arm of high-end automotive customisation specialist 310.

The range, which will be called ‘Disciple Footwear Collection’, marks the music artist’s latest foray into the fashion world.

310 will market and distribute the collection, which is set to launch in specialty shops in June.

"I’ve respected NaS for a long time," said Marc Laidler, founder of 310 Motoring.

"...I’m happy to be going into business with a man whose credentials are in sync with 310’s true style."

Nas said, speaking at the Disciple photo-shoot in New York: "310 is not based on a one-size-fits-all approach.

"It’s about customisation, expressing your own personal style. And Disciple Footwear Collection by 310 is born out of this same spirit. I’m excited to design styles that respect that we are not all the same – that we’re here to celebrate our diversity, our roots, our history."

When are rappers going to realize that no one will buy their shoes?

If we're concerned about overpopulation, a good way to start weeding people out of the living collection is to immediately assassinate anyone who rushes out to specifically buy a tennis shoe promoted by Nas...

I live in LA and I always see people with either G-Unit's or Hurricanes. If a shoe is hot I'll cop it.

Is that the same company that did the Hurricanes, Game's signature shoe?
