I knew a guy who made some nice scores scamming auto insurance. He'd get into accidents and be able to either make it look like the other driver's fault or work as a taxi driver, have some friends get in his cab, get into an accident and they all sue the cab company and split the loot. Taxi companies are insured up to their eyeballs. Paid for his house in Florida with settlement money.

Its gotta be a way where a large corporation or govt pays out, I have no idea why people sue regular citizens, you're not going to get shit from a guy who makes 50K a year and he is going to fight tooth and nail to win, insurance companies now? they'll just try and settle for less.
