Nope, it’s a meme coin and likely will not gain widespread adoption. I’ve been putting money into ******* since November and have almost $10K, as of today. I trust ******* and will continue to exchange my fiat currency for this digital one!

******** is what's refered to as a sh^tcoin. If I was up $20k like your friend I'd sell. I wouldn't recommend buying at the current price either. That said with how crazy sh^t is these days who knows if it drops 800% or goes up 800%.

- Too many other projects that have a use case and will generate way more profits than ******** ever will.

- They are pushing Doge to keep the masses away from ****** coins/tokens that have a real use case.

I just don't quite get it. It isn't like a stock where you actually have a piece of a pie. If you got digital coin, you have imaginary value not backed by anything or anyone. As I said though, I don't quite get it.

I do get that people have made some real serious money trading ******currency, I get that.

If you really think about it, *******, as a decentralized network of peers that keep a consensus about accounts and balances, is more a currency than the numbers you see in your bank account. What are these numbers more than entries in a database � a database which can be changed by people you don‘t see and by rules you don‘t know?

You need to do your own research, man, but in essence the ones which have practical real world usefullness... refered to by Blue Heff here and by the article as 'use cases' also have real world value. now there is a speculative aspect too of course, which is driving much of the trading right now, and if you got better nerves than me there's money to be made (and lost) like that - a LOT of it. But if you're looking at long term prospects you ought to be researching the potential uses of blockchains in the future and investing in those that you think are going to fulfill a real world need.

DOGE ain't one of 'em - it's what's known as a shitcoin - but that doesn't mean you can't make money trading in it.
