Idk though because iirc Westbrook's usage rate has declined for PG + Melo, Harden, and Beal.

I dont see why he wouldn't for Lebron/AD.

Plus, Lebron ain't a spring chicken anymore. He cant go full Giannis every game running the 5 out. They'd have to share that work load.
