You can breathe through what was on his head without issue whatsoever. They responded to a psychotic dude (911 Call) saying he had Covid and was asking for the officers gun. They held him down because he was going nuts (like a child) and he died for whatever medical reason.

Here's a tip. DON'T DO PCP!

Here's an even better tip. When you have someone already held down, with a hood over his head, and handcuffed, it's time to get off his neck, pick him up, put him in the police car and take him to the station for booking. There were several cops there with a cuffed man, so they could have got him into the car at that point. If the guy you're trying to arrest ends up dead when he's held down for several minutes, you done f***ed up.
