your whole life flashes in front of you in a split second, ive had that unfortunate experience.

the shooters life couldve ended then and there. but he managed to put his life before the other guy.

1 man was clearly the agressor and kept looking for trouble and then reached . He played ****** games and got a ****** result.

The victim pointed a gun at him first, you can see that clearly in the video.

Obviously, he didn't aim his rifle back at him because he would have been shot dead.

When the victim lowered his guard and went to reach his gun, he was shot dead by the guy with the rifle.

Then again, the rifle guy shot at him two times before all of that happened.

Self-defense?

Tough sell.

Well he was reaching for a weapon after warning shots.

He will likely still get life ,if not i agree with above in that he will be in his own blood within a month

UPDATE: Victim fatally wounded on Bailey Ave. is identified as, Marquis Bell-23. Suspect, Landius Holmes-26, is alledged to have shot Bell at an apartment complex and later surrendered himself to authorities. He is charged with murder.
