Make good alliance with a lifer there and have him take that guy out in exchange I’ll pay money on his books when I get out.

In that situation I would be more likely to let it go and let the perpetrator do his time but only because years have passed presumably. I've had time to deal with my feelings and come to terms. Now if this scenario occured and I ran into the killer within a short period of time after the murder then I am much more likely to succumb to my rage and do something truly evil to the killer

Dude will probably be in a separate section, with other killers.
But if I had the chance to get revenge, what are the odds of me getting away with it ? If I can get away with it, hell yes I would.
As much as I love my family, nothing will bring them back and me serving a life sentence would be a waste. Their deaths would be for naught. I am good with criminals spending many many years locked up. The death penalty in America is too soft.

but if you choose to act like you dont know anything, then how do you live with yourself, seeing the person just walking around and knowing that he's the one that killed one of your family member... but in the other hand, if you kill that guy, then you'll be leaving your new family behind, wife and kids.

He's in jail for life which is good enough for me. If he gets out, I will be waiting. I will not argue with the parole board
