    Mr blackface himself banned a bunch of guns after a gunman got his rifles illegally, and mowed down 23 people.

        More of a gesture than an effective strategy. The Nova Scotia shooter could have done all those killings with a lever action Winchester too. A good shooter could have pulled off those numbers with a revolver and several reloads. But lets not give them any ideas before they ban those too.
