Her pay is the same but i keep asking her to try ask for a pay evaluation

Pay and a half for overtime is one thing. Triple pay for overtime approved by Govt is something else

$100/hr can quickly run close to 10k with overtime.

Good for them. Would need to be a good wage for them to go there. They're taking a risk. It does kill young and fit people too despite what some are saying.
