Ramen, jalapenos, pork crackling and whatever greens you get from dinner. Some kind of summer sausage or slim Jim if you have it.

The trick, at least in some places, is to tell them you're vegetarian or kosher.

Something that requires special dietary needs.

Most places they serve out the special meals separately.

So you'll get the special meal and also when the regular meal comes, you can get that too.

They keep track of who gets the special diet needs meals. The regular meals they pass out to everyone in the cell. They dont bother checking.

The special meals isn't great but you'll get extra salads, eggs, especially hardboiled eggs, etc.
