Each conflict has it's own unique attributes, but they also have a lot of similarities.

2/3 was assassinated and one spent his most of his life in prison. All of them are now basically disregard by their people and seen as sellout.

How hypocritical of the West to revere these people when they are responsible for their death and incarceration? If you are going to be killed or imprisoned either way, why make it easy for your enemy?

Don't know two much about India, but based on the caste system, I would say benefit is stretching things. Mandela was a warrior before he went to prison and came out somewhat a different man, so much that Winnie felt he wasn't man anymore (insert conspiracies here).

As for MLK, he didnt do anything for blacks. Better leaders were before him (Marcus Garvey) with better vision and was actually making a difference in black lives. Also, Malcolm X had the better vision because he was following in the footsteps of Marcus Garvey. Garvey's plan was what lead to Black Wall street. MLK's vision is why blacks are still marching today, go figure.

Yes, I do think, and the oddest part of that money, is most of it has to be used to buy US military weapons.. Military Industrial Complex... yep, big in the US..

I grew up in the Bay Area, and the Black Panthers were cool solid men. I might take some heat for saying this, but they made a difference.

Sometimes, guys who do a lot of time, get out and the world changed, and they can't catch up, impossible to make up for lost time.. he did what 27 years. a lot of changes can go down in 27 years... I did a bit of time myself, and felt outta step for a bit, until i caught up.. if I did 27 long years... i would be like this guy at Three Rivers Texas, who got released after 25 years, and could not cope.. no shaw shank redemption hollywood chit.. real talk... he came back, knocking on the door to get back in. that is messed up..
