this sht might be comical but this is exactly what was said to make weed illegal. they realized they needed to scare white people. and you do that quickly by suggesting white women will be ****d. this is also how the KKK exploded in numbers, by saying white women were in danger. think about the millions of lives ruined and those still rotting in prisons because of this racist talk. it'll be funny if it didn't affect anyone but this type of talk has crushed millions of lives.

Maybe it's true but I was under the impression it was an excuse to ban hemp. Hemp is a more durable competitor to cotton which was a huge part of the economy. Since the two plants are very similar there was a deliberate misinformation campaign started designed to get people afraid of marijuana including hemp.
