And does this mean Jordan is racist for owning a team somehow? And if this IS racist following some weird ass logic would it still be racist for Jordan? Couldn't all the white owners be CEO's, but Jordan still be the owner of his black owned business with black employees?

Interacting with someone who thinks "owner", "boss", "boy", etc are veiled racial threats is extremely awkward and stressful. Even if you like that person or find their opinions interesting, it's a matter of time until you start avoiding them.

The incentive for tolerance is that it's simply the path of least resistance.
