i think you are confusing common sense for societal norms, which in general are anything but sensible. when i was younger and more insecure it bothered me if a girl had been with a lot of guys before me, but that's what it is. insecurity.

you need a woman to prove your worth, and the fact that others have been with her before you makes your "accomplishment" less significant. which bothers you.

any secure man would just be happy being with the woman who makes him happy.

I wouldn't be comfortable marrying ANYONE. In this era I think marriage is for suckers or old fashioned type people.

Societal norms aren't arbitrary rules handed down by the insecure. They're common sense intergenerational lessons derived from evolution.

Knowing your wife isn't using you for money, isn't carrying another man's child, isn't going to contract any diseases are reasons the healthy male mind is instinctively repulsed by promiscuous women.

Women are a little less sensitive to it since they're the one carrying the child & haven't been the breadwinner historically. If their spouse is promiscuous it hurts emotionally, but it isn't dangerous on the same material level.

Of course some individuals are hypersensitive to these insticts. You're right, I instantly lose interest in a woman upon discovering she's "experienced". It's just not an accomplishment, not enjoyable & not worth any effort.
