I often wonder how your own grandparents would feel about the way whites are treated nowadays in the US/EU and the soft, spoiled suburban black kids in skinny jeans who think it's funny.

My grandparents grew up in the Jim Crow south. They hated white people til the day they died. Trust me, they'd have no sympathy for white folks.

I just couldn't figure out if that was a response specifically just to try to get under MCC's skin or if you were trying to say that's an example of black pride. But either way, it was a riot. My point wasn't that black people don't riot, or that white people riot, too, but it was just that it wasn't really connected to what was being discussed.

I wasn't jumping on MCC's post because I honestly don't see a problem with it. Let's keep it real. We know what white pride rallies are like, which would be different from, say an Italian pride rally, which wouldn't be about hate or supremacy. But a riot is not an example of a black pride rally. Saying that you didn’t chime in on Chollo and MCCs beef is hypocritical. You and Chollo are constantly sticking your noses into one another’s beefs and defending one another. If a white member was going in hard against Chollo the way MCC did you would have been right in the middle of it.

Did you read the DOJ consent decree against the Baltimore PD? Massive civil rights violations. The Baltimore PD was the very definition of citizens being terrorized by the police state. With the citizens having no recourse for their complaints. Read the consent decree, watch the videos of Baltimore PD planting drugs on young black men. Did you follow the Baltimore police corruption trial that just ended? What are a people to do when they're loving under a police state with no recourse? The US calls people like that Freedom fighters in other countries. In their own country the President (*****) calls them thugs.

I've never been privy to a White Pride rally that wasn't run by White Supremacists, but I've also said everyone is entitled to be proud of who they are. If you're proud to be white, that's great. But just leave the hate out of it. It just so happens that White Pride usually seems to be about White Supremacy. If there are rallies that were not like that, that's all good, but I just haven't seen any.

That's not fair. I have no idea who here is white and who is not white. I have chimed in on Chollo's behalf when I see fit. With Glove, Chollo asked me my opinion and that drew me in. With Lomadeaux, it's because he often goes after him when he's banned and what not and I don't think it's fair. I haven't seen MCC and Chollo go at it, nor do I really have interest in it. I'm not even sure why we are discussing them. It's like you hate MCC so much that you just want to bring up that he was going at Chollo to get me to feel some type of way about him. This whole discussion isn't really necessary.

I can agree with the above. It's too bad that so much attention was paid to the riots, but not as much to the clean up efforts. Lots of people, mostly black from what I could see, but people of all races came together to clean up after the riots. That deserves to be talked about more.

We can cherry pick exceptions to the rule all day. You can find a few bad apples at tea party rallies or other predominantly white rallies, but more often than not this is what a *** “rally” looks like.



To give rioters a pass because of police corruption is at best a huge rationalization. The majority of murders that take place in Baltimore are black on black. Yet, no community outrage, no accountability or responsibility by absentee parents who only pretend to care when their kids are killed by police. That’s when we are subjected to the obligatory middle school cap and gown photo of their precious angel (who was most often wrapped up in gang life) and then come the community activists to toss gasoline in the fire and exploit the victims. Wash, rinse and repeat.

Many blacks today are acting as though it is 1955. They have never had it better, yet they are brainwashed by schools, universities, community leaders, politicians and the media that they will forever be victims of oppression. Despite all of the success millions of blacks have achieved in this country.
