chiefs who lift heavy, when is enough enough?

I’ve recently done a pretty hard cut, 350 -> 280 at 6’8 with the goal of getting to 260 at ~10% and I feel so much better already in my daily life it’s not even funny. I plan to bulk up again after I hit 260 but I’m starting to question myself about it. Yes benching 500+ is cool, yes being the biggest, strongest guy around is cool but is it worth the constant aches, slipped discs, sounding like somebody is popping bubble wrap when you get out of bed in the morning?

I’ve been lifting to be the biggest and strongest since I first picked up a weight, I’m having a real hard time coming to terms with shifting gears and lifting for aesthetics. Bros who can relate what’s your thoughts?

oh now you're 6'8 280? lmfao, not too long ago you said some black guy tried mugging you cuz he thought you were easy prey but you're too quick for that ****. LMFAO, this non-ass wiping, fleshlight for a girlfriend, fortnite playing, making up more bull**** stories for attention again. Keep the lies simple, easier to keep them consistent.

Have you read the story about the boy who cried wolf.

      A great read.

I think you will like it.

Last year I started lifting light lot of reps. I'm talking
        135 x 50 reps 4 sets for bench
We do this for everything. Curls 25x 50 each arm 3 sets. And on and on.
Everyone in the gym comes up to us and laughs and thinks we're joking becuase of our size. We let people work in and they can't even do one set. Results speak for themselves.
        I was 6'3 245
Now I'm cutting more and not eating like I was. Eating all that food was talking a toll on me. Maybe it's just age I dunno, 44.
Either way give it a shot and report back. Put your ego to the side and watch the results.
