The point is when a country falls what's left? An apocalypse? Probably not. People can and have continued to live in a country that is no longer the central power. Depending on how you define the term fall there are a lot of shades of grey.

I would say so, add in mental health, cults, religion, power trips and I cant see it ever going away. Look at the middle east and the fighting thats been going on forever there.
