Is anyone quick enough to catch a fly?

My grandma taught me how, she'd just sweep her arm all slow and catch them at will. Most people try to out quick the fly, it's impossible, their nervous system and reaction speed is thousands of times faster than ours. Trick is to aim where they're flying to, not where they're at.
