9x10, talking to MENTALLY STABLE kids is the best option. beating them up is only an outlet for the frustrated ''parent''.
if the kid is loony tunes, they need to be in a place where hitting isnt an option. where professional care givers can take over.
Beating a kid isn't good I agree but if you can't discipline a kid in more than one way then it's pointless..
Kids have no prerogative to listen to you as a parent, you imbibe and ingrain it in them. There are several ways of doing it and each kid responds to it in a different way.. some listen when you talk, many don't..
kids acting out is usually indicative of bad parenting (not teaching kids the meaning of 'NO' ).
bottom line, if the kid was the same size and weight as the parent.....i highly doubt there would be many beatings, if any.
Most of us on this forum got a beating or two as a kid and we turned out alright.. the ines who didn't would be the likes of Pretty about 32 who act like cûnts..

I assume you are not a parent who says kids acting up is bad parenting.. lol..
That is very likely that's why you train them when they are young so that they don't become a nuisance to the society when they grow up.. it is easier to make them listen to what's good and bad at a young age than when they are the same size as you.. that's good parenting right there..

a person has to be ready for kids to behave as kids (weird, right ???) if they plan on being a parent. know what kind of temperament and tolerance levels they have and if they have patience.
expect shlt to be broken
expect acting out
expect messiness
expect bad grades now and then.
thats why theyre called kids.
its very cool to say the following -
''if it werent for the beatings i got, i would have been a felon. easily !!! my parents beat me into the person i am today ''
''kids will grow up to be no good pieces of shlt if theyre not beaten !!!''
nope. im not a parent because i know i have zero patience. i am a very involved god father to my brothers kid. i love kids and would never do anything to hurt one.
its very easy for a parent to go too far and end up in my crime thread. but each patent has to accept the consequences of their parenting practices.

Every parent I know shows their max. patience with kids.. not every parent beats a kid on the first chance they get( there are men I have heard about who did and his kids rebelled and went against all his will till his death)
And lol at playing uncle is somehow close to playing a father.. it isn't.. as an uncle you can end your responsibilities when the kid starts a fit or cries or poops or pukes.. there is no off mode for a parent bud.. it's a 24/7 responsibility and in the long term if there is a learning the hard way once in a while the kid would understand when it is at the age to do so..

Lol as soon as that dude pushed him down, and kid started shrieking, he said "sheeeettt." LIke "damn, I called his bluff and kid is hurt."
Seriously - while maybe he shouldn't have shoved the kid down, this definitely isn't abuse in any sense of the word.
He maybe could have handled it differently like "come on dude, let's just go grab a soda and figure this out." or "come on mate, just sit down and chat with me."
IDK - dude probably did what 99% of men would have done. Nothing to see here other than a kid getting what he asked for..

i would have grab his neck and choke him until he's struggling for air and about to pass out then i'll let off. works every time. after they see death right before their eyes, they aint gonna act up again. lol.

I watched on mute cuz I'm listening to something else right now, but was that the dad?????
Holy f#ck if so.
But things are super f#cked up in this sorta family way before something like this goes on. There are years of damage probably.
Idk if thats child abuse or not. I'd say no cuz the kid got aggressive with him & started hitting him & dude just pushed him down & was done. Wasn't like he started sh^t with him or he kept attacking once he had him down so seems like its in the realm of self defense but who knows what social services &/or the police would say.

anything less than a true demon child and i just couldnt find a reason to hit them. id much rather throw in the towel and let a better person take over.
