the jist or feel I got was she doesnt even live their she just doing this as some stand against the wrong she felt they did her (she claims they refused to let her to register for class after a housing issue).

I know by law your not allowed to physically kick someone out of your else, you have to get them a 30 day notice, then you gotta get like a court order and THEN if they still refuse you can call the cops to remove the person, its a long process I used to rent out property in ****** and believe it or not but their some people who live this way and milk out like a free 3-6 months of rent free housing doing this.
