I support affirmative action in govt positions & programs where policy is being set & contracts for public works. But not in the private sector

Black ppl and Americans make me laugh. Black ppl basically admitting that they are the inferior race asking to be accepted in schools because they just can't get high scores.

And in the employment world affirmative action is hurting black ppl because companies just don't want to hire them because they don't want to be taken to court if they have to fire a black person. My uncle fired a black person for legitimate reasons in Chicago and he got taken to court claiming racism. And now my uncle refuses to hire black ppl.
