damn thats why these days you gotta screen shot all your text messages to hold for evidence of your defense that everything was consensual.
i usually ask for a booty pic or titttay pic afterwards and make them laugh and screen shot the convo so they can't pull none of this BS later on.

i'd like to see the full transcripts of the "social media conversations." reasonable doubt is reasonable doubt, and should be based on all of the information you can get.
can't imagine why they'd be kept out of court, but we obviously don't have all facts from a 15 minute video with about 1/3 of it being dedicated to the case of the kost kid.

Cops are only interested in getting evidence to convict, they don't give a **** about your story. Their job is to put a case against you. That's why unless you have 100% proof of your innocence you keep your mouth shut. They're looking for anything to use against you.
