The game is about winning by any means, not about guilt nor innocence. In a game like that, dirty tactics are employed. That is failing of the system.

Plea deals are crazy, its basically a set up for a lesser deal, is weird how the justice system works, they can convince a guy listen man the cards are stacked against you we know you claim innocence to all this but in order for you to get a lesser sentence just admit to touching a minor and groping, we negotiateda plea but the prosecuters need a win its their ego so you must register as a *** offender for life if you continue to fight this and claim pure innocence you cant win, so its either you cop a plea or spend years in the pen for rspe you didnt commit. You are basically admitting to something you never did just to avoid long sentencing or prison.

damn thats why these days you gotta screen shot all your text messages to hold for evidence of your defense that everything was consensual.

i usually ask for a booty pic or titttay pic afterwards and make them laugh and screen shot the convo so they can't pull none of this BS later on.

well their job is that initially to see if their is a case to begin with, thats why when the cop arrest you, the prosecutors usually has 3 business day to officially charge you or else you are free to go. Just because a cop charges you with something that doesn't mean you are officially charged with a crime yet, it just basically means the cops recommends to the prosecutor that they should charge him with xyz, that why sometimes prosecutors drop teh case cause they dont believe theirs a case or sometimes they even charge you with more crimes than what was initially charged. Once you been officially arraigned on the charges is pretty much GAME ON you only get out of this if either A) you beat the case or B) take a plea.

i'd like to see the full transcripts of the "social media conversations." reasonable doubt is reasonable doubt, and should be based on all of the information you can get.

can't imagine why they'd be kept out of court, but we obviously don't have all facts from a 15 minute video with about 1/3 of it being dedicated to the case of the kost kid.

we don't have that information. might not be public [why it wasn't admissible,] might not be in the video because of the dude's angle. we just don't have enough info.

Cops are only interested in getting evidence to convict, they don't give a **** about your story. Their job is to put a case against you. That's why unless you have 100% proof of your innocence you keep your mouth shut. They're looking for anything to use against you.
