Regarding the cuisine, customs, languages/dialects/accents, etc.
I know there are some Filipinos with Spanish surnames.
And it's obvious in the appearance of some Filipinos they have European/Spanish blood.
Is it something Filipinos are at odds with? Because of the past colonization? Or do they just accept it as part of the history of the country, and retain aspects of it?
What regions are most prevalent with Spanish surnames?
I know that the very Northern parts of the Philippines are the wealthiest, and are sort of the equivalent of USA's "silicon valley" with all the research, and science shyte that goes down.
And in general, the southern part is predominantly ******, and the poorest.
