Is JabRight really a "spy" or was he trolling that kid?

I remember a few months back Jabright claimed he was some sort of spy and he was going in on this one dude claiming he was going to hack his computer and find out where he lived. I guess the kid believed him because he covered his webcam and JabRight claimed he covered it with some sort of clothing and he got that kid shooked right after that. Was he trolling that kid or is he the real deal? I would post a link to the thread but I don't remember what thread it really was. Anyone know? I thought I was the only Agent in this b*tch.
