Anyone have any good grilled fish recipes?

I've recently changed my diet and I grill alot. I've grilled plenty of pork, red meat, and chicken previously so I'm ok there.

I want to eat more fish, but I need help. I'm pretty new at it, all I've grilled so far is Alaskan cod and lobster tails.

Any advice is appreciated. Like what types of fish, ****ing/marinating, and how you prepare it, etc

I'm ok with fried fish or baked fish recipes too, but if it's fried it must be in olive oil. I do not use any other cooking oils.

I don't grill often. Grilling fish is pretty hard without out it breaking apart or sticking to the grill. I used to grill outdoors with charcoal but only when we have guests, i use a cast iron pan to pan fry my steaks, i dont eat pork or dirty fish like tilapia or catfish aka bottom feeders. Frsh cod also has parasites in it, i was preparing some white fish and they had worms, and some chef told me its normal he was buying fish there as well. I used to eat raw fresh tuna sushi but scared of getting sick.
The only bottom feeder i eat are lobsters.

As far as fish, i only eat salmon, we have a fresh fish market that gives us a discount, ill buy every week whole wild salmon and cut it myself into filets or steaks. I save the fish head for soup. They gut the salmon so i dont have to gut it.

Ill buy red salmon filets also to bake. Salmon is the best tasting fish, also very healthy with fish fat.

Recipe? If i bake the salmon i put some lemon salt pepper and dill on top it becomes tender and i eat it with veggies and quinoa or wild rice with a bit of soy sauce.

Deep fried salmon is delicious, pan seared in g**** seed oil is also good, something bout the crispy skin. Ill just sprinkle some garlic herb seasoning with a bit of salt when pan searing or deep frying.

          What's wrong with pork?

            Can you expand on this?

It sounds good and I'd like to try it.

Like how high a flame, how long to fry it, etc.

Pacific salmon filet with the skin on. Cooking spray on cooking surface. Cook for a few minutes, spray a little more cooking spray then flip, 2 minutes. Done. Very important that the skin is on the fish or it will flake/break on the grill

You can also bake at 450*F for 15 minutes. Cookie sheet, fish skin down, Salt and fresh grinded black pepper, a little garlic powder. Boom

Flour, battered eggs, panko bread crumbs. Roll fish in flour, dip in egg, then cover both sides *******ly with bread crumbs. Let dry then deep fry at 350*F for 3-4 minutes.

I hate to risk sounding ******, but how do you know the temp of the oil?

My gas grill and oven have gauges on them telling me the temps. The stove burners do not.

I really want to try this one, but I dont want to screw it up.
