I just put the @ symbol and then their name....

but when its users who have names spread out "the big dunn" for example you get this:

THEbigdunn

or even your name:
sterlingarcher

The avatars in the 'last post' column looks a bit weird and the larger avis are pushing the user names outside the alloted box in the 'replies' column. Looks a bit amateur and not really needed imo.
