That's for 10 years, And with strings attached. Most of them will likely go back to the U.S. via arms sale.
They can't use it to buy fuel for their jets.
can't use it to buy falafel
can't use it to buy gefilte fish.
can't use it to built new settlement.
can't use it to give handouts to ***** and fatah.
