Neanderthals were a superior human in most ways, better tools, more advanced brains better survivors, unfortunately there were too many immigrants coming over and they got bred out, just due to the superior numbers of African immigrants coming over

Had they been left alone their numbers would have grown and they would have developed technology so advanced they would have gone and taken over parts of africa and most of the world
